At the moment, this Group consists of the following road transportation companies: Auto Viação 1001, Auto Viação Catarinense, Rápido Ribeirão Preto, Viação Cometa and Rápido Macaense.
One of the main shareholders of Barcas S/A ferryboat concessionaire, this Group also runs 1001 Turismo e Viagens Ltda, a travel agency working with air tickets, bookings and other services in Brazil and abroad.

As part of this approach, this Group underwrites the JCA Institute.
